Perhaps whoever designed this sign lost sight of the, uh, “larger picture” — if you catch my meaning. It doesn’t help that the pilot is sporting what appears to be a bicentennial porno mustache, circa 1976.
I’ve been trying to think of a good caption for this photo. Suggestions?

This reminds me of a base I was deployed to in the Middle East. They had safety signs all around the flightline. Some of the messages were lost in translation. My favorite sign had a picture of a cloud with lightning bolts and it read, “Avoid Thunder”. That would be quite a trick! I’d like to meet the pilot who has never been struck by thunder.
