With a family of four, there’s one major drawback to owning a two seat aircraft. Thankfully, I’m blessed with incredibly generous friends who insist I utilize their four seater to take the whole family aloft. This Cardinal has a new engine, new paint, and new interior. #sexystyle

West Coast Formation Clinic, one of (if not the) largest groups of formation flying you’ll find anywhere on a regular basis. I want to say it was fun, but that word seems wholly inadequate. 🙂

Opening Day for his first spring Little League season was a fun, family affair. It’s a shame so many games have been rained out… but that’s part of baseball, too…

Happy birthday to this young lady! The Roaring 20’s theme suited her, don’t you think? It was a lovely decade for fashion, drinks, dance styles, and so much more.

Finally got to take my boy for a flight in the RV6! We started with a stop at Aircraft Spruce to buy him a headset. The original plan was to fly out to Catalina Island, but a pair of overlapping presidential TFRs and dense fog on the island made that impractical, so we regrouped and flew up to Big Bear Lake for lunch and a special four-flavor shake to celebrate. The airport manager even gave him a souvenir. Best. Day. Ever.

Hello Ron,
Caught your story on headsets on AOPA online. Good to see you are still doing well.
