This property is a 1,000 square foot, two bedroom, one bath condo located in the Woodbridge area of Irvine.

I purchased this home because I wanted a condo but also wanted privacy — something which is hard to find in Irvine, even with single-family homes. But I just didn’t want people looking in my windows. Most of the windows here look out onto a wall of greenery. Looking to the northwest, the nearest building is about 200 feet away, so you get a great deal of privacy with this place. Even the stairway is private.
